Kitteh attack!
28/11/07 15:41Pictures of the tortie kitty my boss and I "own" at our work:
Her name is Prudence. I call her Prue. My boss wanted to call her "Nuisance" because she...well can be, but an adorable one, but he called her Prudence instead. She was skittish at first when she came first arrived. She didn't like people walking toward her or standing around her. If they did she'd run. But now she's fine with it and even does the running between your legs thing to try to trip you in true cat fashion.
She loooves to bite. I don't know if she's teething or what or if that's just her personality. It isn't angry biting. Sometimes if she wants to play and you try to pet her she'll nibble on your fingers. Otherwise she likes being petted, and purring, and kneading, and laying on your chest, and chewing to pieces feather dusters. She's sooo affectionate. And is currently on my chest trying to get a comfortable napping spot as we speak.
(It'd preferably like to be on one of my arms so I can't work)
I really can't get over how orange-yellowish her eyes are compared to Hercules, our other cat.

(my favorite picture)

("What is this thing you're holding?")

I took some more but she wouldn't sit STILL. Every time I took a picture she'd move and the picture would blur. Can cats get ADHD?
And to give our other kitty a spotlight, here's our 14 year old tuxedo manx, Hercules:

The two of them reeally don't get along. Herc was used to being the top of the roost for the past 5 years and then Prue came along. Prue really wants to play with Herc and she'll jump on him and he'll freak and hiss and try to nip at her throat.
His claws are MASSIVE. When he tries to knead my leg it breaks the skin. He doesn't do it on purpose though. He reminds me of one of those old masters from a Kung Fu movie with the really bushy eyebrows.
