9/12/04 14:14In lieu of the book buying back period, I decided to compare book (in general) to my baby, the internet.
Books Vs. Internet
Books:
Pros--
You can take them anywhere.
They're easily findable (if your room is clean)
Cons--
If it's a college book it's !@#$^&* expensive.
They cost period
They tear
They fade
They clutter up space
If nobody likes the book, you can't pawn it off
Internet:
Pros--
Information right at your fingertips!
No cutter cause it's on the computer
Um...there's more but my supposed ADD's kickin in and I decided I'm done with this compairison.
---
I bought three movies today: Tomb Raider: Cradle of Life, Confidence, and What Dreams May Come. The latter is fo' my mommy.
CD's I want: (mainly a list for me to remember)
--Damian Rice 'O'
--Finger Eleven (The one with Stay in Shadow on it)
--Rob Zombie 'Hellbilly Deluxe' or 'American Made Music to Strip By' (might get that one later this week)
--Seether 'Disclaimer II'
--Greenday 'American Idiot'
--The Killers 'Hot Fuss'
--Finch (The one with 'What it is to Burn' on it and 'New Beginnings' on it)
--Linkin Park 'Meteora'
--Korn Greatest Hits (I don't know the name, but it has all their hits on it and 'Word Up' (a song) on it)
Movies:
--The Italian Job
--Tomb Raider (the first one)
--Van Helsing
--Daredevil Director's Cut

Your Element Is Fire |
![]() Your passion and emotion are as obvious as the brightest flame. You make sparks fly, and your passion always has the potential to burst out. You are exciting and creative - and completely unpredictable. You sometimes exercise control, and sometimes you let yourself go. Friends describe you as sensitive, spirited, and compulsive. Bright and blazing with intensity, you seem mysterious and moody to many. |
